Planned and tracked prerequisite training, initial training, and personnel qualifications site wideat Robinson Nuclear Plant. Selected to join the Qualification Advancement team, initially working for the Chemistry and the Radiation Control departments as a Training Coordinator. Created training matrixes, burn down curves, individual completion percentage charts, completion percentage charts by category per work group, and many other tools to assist each site department on identifying strengths and weaknesses in their training programs.• Scheduled training classes in peoplesoft, input qualifications into PQD, and am a certified proctor to provide computer based training for Duke Energy. Thoroughly understand the systematicapproach to training and was apart of the 2012 RNP Chemistry training self assessment team. CRC/TPC incumbent qualified, and prepare meetings in accordance with procedure. Have anabundance of resources such as OJT/TPE instructors, vendors, and subject matter experts that provide skills and knowledge needed for employees to be successful and effective.• Knowledge on nineteen procedures related to training as well as extensive INPO documents directly related to training. Frequently evaluate strengths, AFI’s, and beneficial practices industry wide to recommend training needs or benchmark opportunities that can be presented to an organization. Obtained feedback from employees in monthly meetings which was essential to mysuccess as a training coordinator, allowing myself to seek employee training needs from their specific departments.
