Responsible for maintaining field inventory system with internal personnel, distributors and approximately 30 factory sales representatives across the US. I developed, implemented and now maintain an electronic system designed to provide real time data on field inventory across the country.

I assist in all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, reviews and raises, training and administration of company policy.I currently handle all plant (Machine Shop, Fabrication, Tool & Die, Maintenance, Weld, Powder Coat Paint, Assembly, Crating, Transportation and Shipping) hiring and assist with Office (Accounting, Marketing, IT, Government, Administrative and Customer Support), Engineering and Sales (Field and Government) department hiring.I have a team of 10-15 plant supervisors that I work very closely with on HR issues, including hiring, reviews and raises, employee relations, conflict resolution, career development, training and benefits.I continue to work very closely with the Safety department on compliance related to FMCSA, OHSA, EPA, KDHE, etc. I also assist with safety improvement efforts and implementation, workers compensation and safety meetings.

I am responsible for plant safety and compliance with DOT, EPA, DOL, OSHA regulations. I handle all workers compensation claims and work very closely with all of our insurance carriers. I have overseen or participated in many safety equipment upgrades and installations and process changes. I am responsible for the safety of nearly 300 company employees.

I worked in various departments assisting with work as needed, including accounts receivable, marketing, human resources, safety, clerical, parts, warranty, and engineering. I also spent time working in the shipping and receiving department. I worked in this capacity during high school and college.
