Sr. Petroleum Engineer
• Responsible for Base Management delivery for the Nakika field (host platform with multiple subsea well tiebacks: ~6,000’ water depth, 15 operated/4 non-operated subsea wells, smart completions, looped subsea system, gross production of ~100 mbod/~150 mmscfd/~25 mbwd)- Developed start-up, monitoring, and surveillance plans for new wells K-4 and K-3 wells (+25 mbd gross capacity) and provided assurance of integration of key data into reservoir model and future development plans- Led team to investigate potential root causes for skin development over life of I-1 well, develop mud acid stimulation and flowback campaigns, and revise well management philosophy to prevent future skin (+8 mbd)- Oversight of fieldwide well and system modeling for well performance monitoring and allocation- Coordination of multi-disciplinary well-by-well and production technical limits reviews to identify key areas of production/efficiency improvement- Interpretation and validation of quarterly and semi-annual valve integrity tests per BSEE- Development of Well Design and Operating Limits documentation for Nakika wells• Single point contact for co-owner subsurface/wells issues and integration of Base/Ops/Subsea short-term activity plans/priorities• Houston coordinator for BP global community of practice meetings for well management, integrity, and interventions• Technical coach/mentor to junior engineers/interns
