When i arrived I observed and made changes to gyms layout for better efficiency. Together the owner and I started marketing and outreach programs to open the facility and gain clientele. Successfully reached the required amount of clientele to decrease expenses by our goal of 35% with a retention rate of nearly 80%. Currently program the workout requirements and training camps and working with the owner on expanding the size of the facility by February 2024.I teach a variety of classes. I do 1 on 1 lessons and mitt work with clients of all ages from five years old to full grown adults. I also run family fitness boxing classes, as well as a youth boxing class to learn the basics. The youth class typically contains kids 12 and under. I’m also coaching the youth amateur and adult classes for people that are more serious.

I've been a personal trainer at crunch fitness for a little over two years now. I've been hands on with a various variety of clients from all ages and all backgrounds whether they're just getting back into shape, recovering from an injury, learning a new sport, or even training for a world championship medal. I do have experience training all levels of athletes whether that’s a world team rower, college wrestlers, high school wrestlers, youth & adult boxers, retired military soldiers, regular parents, even elder patients. These people hear about me through word to mouth, because of the miracles I've done with others; whether that is lower back pain due to SI joint tightness, hip impingement through hips being misaligned, or even full Rehabilition recovery after having knee surgery.

Did lots of volunteering and charity work with helping people clean their places up. We mostly helped out the people within the town of Ottawa so we were very active with the community during this time because of Covid.
