The Houses Daylesford is a small, dynamic accommodation booking agency which manages over 50 properties in Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Roles included:-Liaising with customer groups of up to 50. -Managing the agency's online presence, including personal website and third parties. -Client relationship management, including contract negotiations.

Geneva Area, Switzerland

Worked as an Intern for the NGO Edmund Rice International. ERI lobbies for children's rights through the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva. Tasks included:-Updating finance manual to comply with new standing orders from United Nations-Funding applications. Successfully raised over €400,000. -Producing submissions to the Universal Periodic Review. Contributed an oral submission regarding children's right to an education in developing urban areas to the government of Argentina.

Roles included: -Working on the Department's internal audit/ controls structure. -Review of social/ economic policy for associated risks. -Grants administration for community groups. -Preparing submissions to the quarterly Audit and Risk Management Committee.
