I am a business leader passionate about putting people first. I have worked in the restaurant delivery industry for twenty years, beginning as an entrepreneur taking on a role at SkipTheDishes. Transitioning from a start-up to a well-established business leader had its challenges and obstacles but has been rewarding in what the team accomplished.I have facilitated our department's 10x output from when I began to present. Throughout that time I have had to adapt processes, both operational and people, to allow this growth to happen. Implementing employee management processes, leadership development programs, and spearheading the automation of our department has been both rewarding professionally and incredibly satisfying on a personal level.The most rewarding aspect of my time here has been mentoring individual contributors and watching them move up throughout the company. I am passionate about the experience a business offers and how to reflect that in products and processes.
