Under the general direction of the ASRC Chief Information Officer the VP of IT Business Solutions will act as the primary liaison between the ASRC CIO, Board Members, Business Leaders, and IT for a variety of business solutions, including the management of ASRC’s Iñupiat application portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing strategies, road maps, costs, benefits, and project delivery of those solutions to support our strategic pillar of shareholder development and growth.

Single point of accountability for developing the risk assessment, organizing and delivering an ERP replacement and business transformation project of migrating from a highly customized 19 year old Oracle eBS 12.1 to Oracle’s Fusion 18C cloud HCM and ERP product suite. The project scope was to migrate 24 legal entities to the Oracle cloud product and transform the businesses from five ledgers, business groups, accounting calendars, and chart of accounts to one across sixty operating units. Modernizing the IT platform, remediation of forty system interfaces, and major business process standardization. The transformation product landscape includes financial accounting, financial consolidation-close, supply chain management, project accounting, project labor costing, project billing, human capital management, and talent management. Go-live date was Jan 1, 2019 and project overall budget at completion of $10M with less than a 1% variance at complete.

The BIM will have a direct reporting line to the SPU Chief Information Officer. Business Transition Lead - reporting to the TIMEC Business Unit CEO & Project SponsorResponsible for design, business case development, and project delivery of the replacement of all TIMEC's legacy systems with SAP within a highly decentalized global project implementation team. TIMEC as an industrial services outsourced provider requires FICO, HCM, Project Systems, and PM/CS SAP modules to run their business. Responsible for the initial evaluation and strategy to replace all legacy systems, quantified an annual savings of 1.6M$ per year in annual benefits, and responsible for the overall delivery of the solution as well as organizational changes. Scheduled go-live date of July 1st '11 with an overall budget of $6.8M.

reporting to the North American CIOAccountable for the transformation of three US based acquisitions and one Canadian based joint venture (totaling 1.2B$ in revenue) by Transfield Services Global in order to produce a solutions roadmap and system strategy for North America. Responsible for comprehensive IT program management, including shifting from a partnership to a prime-sub relationship for the delivery of an initial software product (~$50M), utilizing multiple sub-contractors under a CMMI III requirement, deployment, and transition to operations and maintenance (~$20M budget).Key Achievements :Fixed two critical over-budget and behind-schedule software delivery projects by evaluating risks, producing new project plans, and meeting these new deadlines and budgets.Regained the trust and confidence of the client through delivering a quality product and managing client and stakeholder expectations.Developed new statements of work for sub-contractors and improved damaged relations between Baker and its sub-contractors, resulting in new marketing opportunities for Baker.Successfully mitigated the risk of the client dropping Baker as the prime contractor for the remaining 4 years of the 5 year ~$750M Map Modernization Program by delivering the Mapping Information Platform (MIP http://hazards.fema.gov) on time and within budget.Presented lessons learned and achievements to the Baker Board of Directors.
