As Head of Content I am responsible for setting and delivering the content strategy for Saracens Group that will build brand awareness, tell the stories we want telling and generate high engagement with fans, partners and the wider community in the process.

As Content Manager I am increasingly involved in helping the club's internal agency become a profitable arm of the business through new ideas, more creative filming methods and standout editing styles for more engagement across our platforms. An early success was the creation of 'How To Make A Memory', a documentary telling the tale of the club's first Premiership win back in 2011. We were also able to collaborate with the club's principle partner on this project.

As Content Executive I had great creative licence to rejuvenate the club's multimedia output, conceptualise new forms of content and establish key production standards.Aside from the Men's and Women's teams, content would serve a number of different internal and external stakeholders from the Saracens Foundation and MBN Events to key principle partners.

As Sportsbeat's deputy production editor my role is to ensure a client's bespoke multimedia requirements are met, leading a team from the cultivation of a job-specific brief to its successful execution.My role in the multimedia department is multi-faceted, unique to circumstance I may occupy the role of director, interviewer, camera operator, editor or a combination of a few. I was able to add video journalism to my editorial expertise - a skill set unique to me at Sportsbeat - ensuring I could prepare, conduct and edit multimedia interview packages for our clients. I have played an important role in ensuring Sportsbeat's multimedia department continues to provide a increasingly high standard of content from what not so long ago was an embryonic beginning.And also in securing continued business with high-profile clients ranging from London Marathon Events Ltd and the British Olympic Association to European Professional Club Rugby and British Universities and Colleges Sport.While the senior video editor in our department, I have continued to contribute with my editorial strengths, attending the Commonwealth Games in 2014 and the Rio 2016 Olympic Games as a print journalist.I then perform the role of video journalist for the British & Irish Lions communications team on their Tour of New Zealand, producing a press conference service and other bespoke video content.

Joining Sportsbeat as a junior reporter my role was to contribute across all editorial platforms, both in print and online, which in their diverse nature enabled me to cover a vast range of sports for some of the UK's largest regional and national titles, leading governing bodies and sporting competitions.As a confident, knowledgable and elegant reporter it was during this period I began to fulfil a more client-facing role of Sportsbeat's editorial consultancy arm where I earned an understanding of how to deliver engaging and informative editorial and video content specific to each client. During this period I also covered the Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi, Russia. There I witnessed a record-breaking Games for ParalympicsGB, providing regional coverage of the event with my copy appearing in print more than 200 times in 70-plus titles - a readership of more than 17million people.

During this period I studied for my NCTJ qualification with News Associates in Wimbledon, London.I earned my Level 3 Diploma in Journalism in August of 2012 having passed all seven modules, including my 100wpm shorthand after only 10 weeks and delivering an A in Sports Journalism.
