My functions and responsibilities in the role have been as follows:- Making first contact with each customer and their assigned installer after their purchase in order to schedule their kitchen installation an agreeable date with all parties.- Collaborating with our Service Fulfilment Channels to guarantee that the kitchen delivery coincides with the installation date. Experience managing central distribution centres in the UK/IE with specialised software.- Supervising real kitchen installations and serving as the primary point of contact for consumers and industry professionals. This necessitates time management and the capacity to prioritise workload.
