As company structure changes, all development resources moved to Shanghai. Meanwhile, the previous structure seems too heavy for us to maintain, the whole company slightly to moving the micro-app services.For me, I have the responsibility to help the company to choose new services which is light and easy maintain. Finally, the decision is made to Using Webpack+React+Express. this the best choice to running on the micro services.To shared codes with each micro services, I managed to using Git submodules to share utilities, React components and other shareable stuffs.I taking charge of front-end team, manly works on- Front-end structure build- Dividing project into small mission to each member- Aligning delivery time- Optimizing front-end performance- Setting up error measurement- Proposal code standards and setting up CSS/JS lints- Training new technologies

With company develops, we changed our branch to Student.com, the business expanded to meet higher demand.During the period time, I work closely with my colleagues in London to refactor our website to be a standard structure which could let new comers easily getting started.Symfony for back-end and vanilla Javascript for front-end, NPM for package management and Angular for map development.Meanwhile, also proposal code standard, doing code reviews and training new comers to get quick start.
