- Managed the move of the entire corporate offices. Created all new processes for migrating from a full onsite environment to a hybrid work environment.- Oversee the management of multiple GNC corporate vendor contracts including the onsite facilities management, equipment lease and shipping contracts. Managed through the change and implementation of four different vendors over the last three facilities contracts.- Converted the corporate shipping contract three separate times over the last ten years managing one conversion over the course of four days. Implemented six bulk shipping systems and over 400 end user accounts during that span. Managed as many as 8,000 and consistently 4,500 shipments on a weekly basis.- Recently converted a fleet of leased equipment over to owned assets saving 130k annually. Also converted seven staff members from vendor contracts to employees saving an additional 85k annually.- Continually source through RFP or auction commodities and goods not for resale to achieve >15% annual savings and increased operational efficiency.
