The principal responsibility the role oversees and coordinates NSU Junior (5th grade) to Youth (U19s) football programme. In this role I work with age group coaches to ensure they create an environment in each section of the club regardless of age group that nurtures and encourages both participation and elite players in both the club and schools community.Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Delivery of the NSU First Kicks, Junior to Youth programme; Responsibility for the appointment, development and oversight of club coaches inthose areas; Promoting the Football Philosophy of NSU; Running Holiday programmes and similar ‘out of season’ events; Coordination and oversight of our Social Summer Football programme; Together with the DOF coordination and development of our Youth PlayerDevelopment Programme; Take responsibilities as the Head of Football at Takapuna Grammar School as their Director of Football and FIrst XI Coach2 Take responsibilities as the Head of Football at a partner intermediate school - Belmont Intermediate, including boys and girls football coaching. Provide coaching programmes to local schools as outlined in our partnershipagreements. Administrative work in relation to all of the above.
