Reporting to the Business Unit Engineering Manager (Swedish based), primary focus was within a business unit set up to meet the growing demands of European OEMs wanting European production and support of Cartridge product.Liaise with central design based in Illinois to ensure all design and test KPI’s are met and measured at European product launch and continuously throughout the product life cycle.Leading all customer (inc’ Automotive) product and process audits, facing customer procurement, quality and engineering staff.Overseeing procurement measures of quality and production engineering abilities meet the requirements of the product (FMEA, PPAP, ISIR).Overseeing production over locations in UK, Sweden and Czech Republic.
