I started my life journey becoming a domestic engineer after this I decided to become a workshop joiner both apprenticeships I left before my apprenticeship was finished, I had decided to start my creative path I applied to George street School of Art & Design on an N/C course and enjoyed and passed this..I took a break and Traveled to Ireland where I worked for a company repairing restaurants but also was also working and volunteering in Theater groups and stage companies where I gained knowledge in Lighting and sound in theater and also started help produce costumes and stage sets.I decided to go back to Dumfries and applied for the HNC course at George Street Art & Design school I was accepted and continued into my HND and passed both.. Again I went back into the world of work away from Art but kept in with my music and music production and recording which fed my creative needs. I worked in various job roles for a while from Cook/ Chef in restaurants and cafes to factory work and construction and engineering.I restarted my artistic path through a new festival in Dumfries the Big Burns Supper Festival where I worked with them every year and presently do.. I worked from supporting artist and technician to lead artist/designer for the Burns Night Carnival carnival also during my time with them I was costume and set designer/maker for The Electric Theater Company part of the Big Burns Supper where I was responsible for the technical set up for shows as well as the props and set design, We toured shows in our home town and fringe events in Edinburgh and Prague.I continue to work with the Big Burns Supper Festival now..
