As the Customer Success Manager at Sage Clarity I help customers transition from sales prospects to active users of our products and services. Through educating and training, I focus on building long-term relationships with our clients. I help customers identify and achieve their goals, rather than simply reacting to problems or questions. I ensure that customers are using our products to get the most out of them, and to maximize their return on investment.

Deliver comprehensive solutions enabling a higher level of manufacturing and supply chain performance with real time visibility and valuable insights into manufacturing operations. Assist clients in the implementation, training and consulting services. Management of overall projects and coordinating any required personnel, client and system integrator resources. Provide analytical insight and advise clients on the optimal use of the company’s solutions and further identify business development opportunities.

Lead team of 40 employees in the quality packaging of bottle, can and kegged beer. Budget and order all packaging related supplies in a timely manner for production. Strategically forecast, plan and communicate schedule to each department of the brewery to ensure materials are available and orders are met thru Sage X3 ERP system. Hire, train and keep payroll using Ultipro and Paycom for team as well as handle all staff scheduling. Monitor efficiencies and extract loss to track use of bulk materials and chemicals thru production using Zarpac ZPI. Develop departmental KPIs to help company achieve annual goals using kaizen and lean manufacturing. Lead root cause analysis for department holds and safety issues using 5 why analysis.

Provide quality support and technical services to 24/7 packaging and brewing departments. Use aseptic technique to run quality analytics on packaging and brewing samples. Communicate with different departments to ensure quality and timeliness of all outgoing product. Place quality holds on any non-conformance materials or finished goods and audit such holds. Work with vendors to correct any material issues.

Responsible for packaging of all outgoing product thru bottling, canning and kegging following GMP and troubleshooting any down machinery. Running internal CIP and external cleaning of all packaging machinery in a timely manner. Efficiently perform packaging and product changeovers and hookups while maintaining quality.

Delegate tasks to workers, stock and order inventory, quality control over incoming and outgoing parts, work with product designers to improve functionality of products
