I received inbound phone calls from customers with various inquires regarding their credit cards and accounts. I answered questions regarding their statements, payments and transactions and account status. I was also on the web support team where I would troubleshoot issues regarding the website and mobile app, such as logging in, general website navigation, and issues setting up mobile pay with the their cards.

I was shipping loader where my duties included offloading cases from a conveyor belt while stacking freight in a safe manner, loading pallets of freight using a variety of lifts and pallet jacks, build brace pallets to support the load at the end of the trailer and watch for damaged freight. I also worked as a non conveyable order filler. My duties were to order fill freight that can not ride on the conveyor system due to it being too heavy, too small, not packed well enough or awkwardly shaped. I also worked in the receiving department by unloading trailers and creating labels for each item. I also built pallets of freight which was retained in the warehouse and stored at a specified slot while also maintaining and often exceeding a set level of productivity requirements. I also hauled freight for the receiving department to other departments or loaded it onto a shipping trailer. I am certified on multiple types of forklifts. I was a T3 Trainer which means I was authorized to train new hires and transfers on power equipment as well as train them for their regular job duties. I worked for the Division of Motor Vehicles taking phone calls and answering questions regarding registering and titling motor vehicles. I often had to explain state and federal laws  regarding vehicle titling and registration to the public. I prepared documents to be scanned into the state database. I also had to keep all information confidential as per the Federal Driver's  Privacy Protection Act. If there was a potential problem legal or otherwise with a vehicle I was the one that did research on a vehicle's history by pulling imaging of the documents that had  been scanned into our database and either forwarding it to law enforcement or contacting the  appropriate people to get the issue resolved in a timely matter.
