As Creative Director, I oversee a team of industry-leading designers while responsible for all brand and marketing & creative design initiatives at Geronimo Hospitality Group and Hendricks Commercial Properties.

As the Director of Design, I oversee and marketing design initiatives within Geronimo Hospitality and Hendricks Commercial Properties.

- Creative design lead responsible for the web presence of 6 alt-weekly and 15 B2B media websites on an in-house proprietary CMS platform. - Manages a team of digital designers with skill-sets ranging from logo creation, iPad app and video production, to web design and email marketing- Designing and driving new digital sales products in compliance with brand and web standards- Runs quality assurance of email design, web banner ads, websites and branded landing pages

- Collaborates closely with other creatives as well as cross-discipline teams (publication, analytics, design, development, project management, etc.)- Develops original design concepts, marketing campaigns and digital media production, oversee multiple projects through execution, and directly managing a team of creatives.

- Managed multiple facets of digital design production for 40+ trade and custom marketing publications and websites. This included coordinating production with satellite offices across the country. - Management of 3 direct reports.- Establish and enforce processes, procedures and best practices.- Improve the quality of design across website properties, email marketing and other multimedia products.- Liaison between developers, designers, project managers, and editorial groups. Maintaining consistent and open communication with other departments.- Responsible for quality assurance of email design, web banner ads, websites and landing pages.

- Lead the day-to-day operations of all exposition websites.- Provide project management of web-related initiatives working across multiple concurrent projects, interacting daily with key stakeholders.- Supervisory of four direct reports, including 3 designers and 1 junior developer/site manager- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with designers/developers for projects in a timely fashion- Evaluate site issues thoroughly to provide clear insight to developers and maintain open communication as issues are addressed- Contribute to, communicate and enforce process, procedures, standards and policies for the digital team

- Efficient processing of website change requests, processing and formatting of electronic documents and data, and collecting and processing web content (CMS – Drupal)- Creative control overseeing three large-scaled website redesigns; page views totaling over 13 million per month. Conception, wireframing, mock-ups, and testing all involved.- Work closely with sales, editorial, news, and interactive associates to define and implement the goals and strategy that make our websites and web team a success- Other web functions including the development of eBlasts, email campaign management, creative design for a variety of products/features, forum management, customer service, streamlining and improving current processes, website testing and troubleshooting, participate at a creative and technical level on various website projects

- Manage advertising campaigns across 13 publications and website properties; including designing, creating and the implementation of banner ads and ancillary marketing- Organize and create client e-mail blasts according to specific e-mail compliancy specs and web standards- Analyze success of online ads and e-mail campaigns; implementing new strategies to reach customers more effectively- Coordinate with clients and sales representatives to ensure ads and marketing materials are appropriate for use and convey information accordingly- Redevelop the advertising structure and website layout; venturing outside the box of standard B2B design

- Assisted in creation of print advertisements for newspaper, magazine and direct mail using Adobe CS3 and Mac OS- Aided in initial website design and consultation- Maintained 33 franchisees’ menus, print and P.O.P. requests on a daily basis- Responsible for all 33 in-store marketing and promotional materials
