•Successfully trained over 290 Students in advanced infantry skills during 7 classes.•Maintained and updated the Master Lesson Files to include the media, student handouts, and instructor preparation guides for all classes.•Conducted Operation Risk Management to ensure the safety of all individuals during every aspect of training.•Successfully trained over 600 Students in basic infantry skills during 15 classes.•Successfully accounted for and supervised the maintenance of a high volume of serialized weapons and gear and personnel equipment to include over 900 M16A2 Service Rifles, 120 M240G machine guns, 150 M203 grenade launchers, 150 PRC-119A/B Field radios, 150 AN-PVS-7b night vision goggles, and over 600 student's individual gear.•Ran the logistical aspect of the company during numerous training evolutions.
