-Managed the expansion team analysis that prompted the approval of the following new expansion teams: LAFC, Charlotte FC, Cincinnati FC and Nashville SC.-Led a playoff schedule financial analysis presented to the League Commissioner and Executives which drove the decision to change the MLS Playoff format beginning with the 2019 season.-Conducted a regression analysis showing key drivers of stadium attendance and a ticket revenue sharing analysis presented to the Board which led to a change in the League sharing structure.-Conduct peer group analysis for 26 Club income statements and projections to make recommendations on ways to improve weaknesses and seize new market opportunities.-Built a financial model which standardized 26 separate P&Ls for each MLS Club during the COVID pandemic which helped the League Executives determine the viability of the MLS is Back tournament.-Created multiple new financial models and metrics used for the team reporting process. Developed ways to improve existing models that have saved a considerable amount of time when processing and reporting the data.

-Collect and review 23 different Club financial results, projections and budgets, which includes a thorough examination of each team and stadium P&L and in-depth analysis of all business functions.-Provide expansion team analysis to determine viability of new teams and markets.-Built a variable ticket pricing model which allowed ticketing department to price products to maximize profitability.

-Invited to play professional soccer on trial basis for the Philadelphia Union of Major League Soccer (MLS).-Invited to play professional soccer on trial basis for Puerto Rico FC of the North American Soccer League (NASL).

-Managed 2 community bank clients, while providing dynamic modeling, investment due diligence, valuation analysis, and consulting services for 15+ others during each financial quarter. -Lead analyst on multiple M&A transactions, including the mergers of Bank of Michigan with LevelOne Bank and North Shore Bank with Merrimac Savings Bank.-Co-authored “Technology Companies Are Encroaching Upon Mobile Banking” which featured in both New Jersey Bankers Magazine and Banking New England Magazine.

-Provided consulting services for 15+ Community Banks per quarter. In doing so, utilized advanced financial modeling in Microsoft Excel to conduct analysis of client’s financial statements and projected cash flows.-Provided the financial analysis and market feasibility for Primary Bank, which was one of the first bank charters to be approved by the FDIC post the 2008 financial crisis.-Subject Matter Expert in technology applications in banking, particularly within the millennial generation.

-Completed two projects with regard to stock price correlation to tangible book and earnings per share as well as a breakdown of Community Banks’ efficiency ratios and presented the results to the FinPro Board of Directors.
