After working in Sainsbury’s I have gained a set of attributes and valuable communication skills with a hands-on approach to my role, simultaneously gaining knowledge of the practical running of a workplace environment. As a valued member of the team I was able to communicate effectively with my managers and peers to perform to my full potential, while going above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service, in a fast-paced environment to the daily influx of clientele.

I worked for Magic Memories for just short of 3 years as a Photography and Sales Assistant. My main role was to approach guests and interest them in having their picture taken as a souvenir of their amazing day. I was consistently one of the top performing employees with extremely high capture rates, and because of this I became a highly valued member of the team. I was trusted to train new employees in all aspects of their new role, including the sales pitching of products to guests at the end of the day. We worked on a commission basis and again, I was consistently a top selling employee. My time with Magic Memories shaped me into who I am today. I was a trusted member of the team, and invaluable to the daily success of the company.
