The Campaign Coordinator team provides insights and analysis on the performance on clients advertising campaigns within Twitter. After developing a full understanding of the role Ryan was promoted as the first SME and QA for this workflow, taking on responsibility for the team of 8 working in EMEA on the project.With the project still in it's infancy a key task was to build out training resources for the team.
