The program offers support accessing housing, support for basic needs, medical care and acute psychiatric support.M-Dot HotelThe Multi-Disciplinary Outreach Team- Hotel Program (M-DOT- Hotel) is funded by the City of Toronto as response in supporting Toronto’s homeless population. M-DOT is working in partnership with Inner City Health Associates (ICHA) and the various shelter providers. The team provides intensive transitional services to individuals who are currently living in shelter and hotels, who present with complex psychiatric and/ or concurrent disorders.CATCH (Co-ordinated Access to Care from Hospital)CATCH is a program which helps people who have unmet complex health care needs to access health resources in the community:CATCH supports people who are homeless and not connected to services, with or without mental health or addiction problems (the original CATCH program). Manager, Community Health ServicesShort-Stay Crisis Beds The Short-Stay Crisis Bed (formerly Safe Bed) program provides temporary residential support for individuals living with serious mental illness, who are experiencing a crisis and are unable to remain in their current living situation. The goal is to support individuals through the immediate crisis and link them to community services for ongoing support. Through two service streams, Short-Stay Crisis Bed Generic and Short-Stay Crisis Bed Mental Health & Justice, the program assists individuals with addressing their immediate physical and mental health needs and develops long-term interventions. Opened City of Toronto Modular Housing - 11 Macey Ave.Cota provides 24/7 on-site support at two of Toronto’s first affordable housing sites developed using modular housing methods. One site is in Mid-Toronto (Dufferin and College area) and the other in Southwest Scarborough (bordering East York)The Mid-Toronto site is a 44-unit building, and the Southwest Scarborough site is a 56-unit building. All units are deeply affordable and intended to offer housing options to people exiting chronic homelessness. Some of the units at each are dedicated to clients already enrolled in Cota’s AHFT teams. Other units are available for people living with mental health and/or mental health and justice system involvement for minor offences, as follows:

Our crisis services include 24/7 telephone support, in-person mobile crisis team, community support referrals, substance use crisis management, follow-up and access to short-term crisis beds.Gerstein on Charles10 crisis beds are available at Gerstein on Charles for short stays of 3-5 days. These beds are accessed through the crisis line at (416) 929-5200 following a mobile crisis visit.Gerstein on Bloor14 beds are available at Gerstein on Bloor and offer up to 30 day stays:9 are Mental Health and Justice Short-term Crisis beds. These beds, which are accessed through the Central Bed Registry at (416) 248-4174, must be referred from a Mental Health and Justice referral source and are part of a 34-bed network across Toronto.Five are for individuals who identify as female and are currently houseless who are dealing with a mental health crisis. These beds can be accessed by self-referral by calling the 24-hour crisis line at (416) 929-5200. Service providers can make referrals to these beds by calling Gerstein on Bloor at (416) 604-233
