As a Staff Officer to the Assistant Commissioner (Operations Support) at WA Police Force, I provide strategic and operational support to the executive leadership team and oversee a range of complex and sensitive projects and initiatives. I have over 16 years of experience as a police officer and a supervisor, with extensive knowledge and skills in business planning, operations management, communication, and leadership. I recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Domestic Violence Responses from QUT, which enhanced my understanding and expertise in this critical area of policing and social justice.My mission is to deliver high-quality service and outcomes for the WA Police Force and the community of Western Australia, through effective collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving.
