During 2015 I worked largely on the ground in Oslo and Stockholm to finalize the public listing of WR. This involved extensive dealings with Swedish and Norwegian investment banks and regulatory authorities, before determining that Oslo was the appropriate exchange for listing.On January 13, 2016, parent co. WR Entertainment ASA began public trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange’ Merkur Market, WR Films Entertainment Group, Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of WR Entertainment ASA. Following public listing, WR Entertainment ASA had a market capitlaization in excess of $100 million. Leading local billionaires and investment banks participated in a private placement in the first quarter of 2016.I had led the start-up venture of the group through accumulated seed capital of approx $4 million over a nine-year period, building and managing the enterprise with shoestring liquidity. With the public listing, my early investors received double digit multiples on their investments, and all shareholders gained liquidity as well as public voting rights in WR Entertainment ASA.

I was passionate about specific intellectual properties to be developed and financed under one roof, among them the international best-selling book series “Morgan Kane” which I had led negotiations to acquire.In 2009, I formed my second company, acquired the IP and recruited partners to WR Films Entertainment Group, Inc. Together we set out to build a platform to capitalize and produce a slate of major motion pictures in-house. As creative director and contracted to star in the role of Morgan Kane, I led the development of turning a series of 83 dime-western novels into a Hollywood franchise film franchise. This work involved; extensive development and script supervision with a team of script writers, budgeting and location explorations with line producers globally, working with producers, agents and distributors on packaging the project, production of pre-visuals and product branding alongside doing my character development and other filming preparations for the franchise.From 2011, I worked closely with the CEO and CFO to grow the company and commenced efforts to raise capital to secure independent financing in excess of $60 million. This would enable WR to acquire its own studio as a base for building the Morgan Kane franchise and build a sustainable platform for financing its future activities, I also launched an ebook publishing division, WR Publishing.This led to the public listing of parent company, WR Entertainment ASA on Oslo Stock Exchange’ Merkur Market on January 13, 2016. (See above)At that time, I returned to my intended role in the enterprise, which was acting and developing the characters for the screen.

I wrote my first screenplay titled “Without You”, based on my relationship with my father. The script received interest in Hollywood’s creative community. I formed Without You LLC to manage and protect the intellectual property rights. In 2010 Without You LLC was acquired by WR Films Entertainment Group, Inc.
