About Ryan Wilde

After graduating from the University of North Carolina and commissioning into the US Army in the early 2000s, I served multiple combat tours in the Middle East in various leadership roles. When deciding to end my military service, it was imperative that I find ways to develop and grow professionally that allowed me to leverage my strengths. I learned then that my biggest strength was an ability to connect with people and understand where they're coming from, which had served me well as a people leader in uniform and has continued to do so in various sales, business ownership, sales leadership and recruiting roles since.
