CurrentMy main responsibility is managing a team of up to 30 employees to handle the daily workflow, I am also responsible for allocating orders for picking using our warehouse management system (Acellos,) sending and responding to emails internally and with our customers, checking in drivers, setting up loads, in-bounding freight for warehouse and less than load (LTL) inventory, building audits, creating and implementing standard operating procedures, creating documents using Microsoft excel and word, monitoring temperatures using our hazard and critical control point system (HACCP,) filling out paperwork for our annual ASI food safety audit, handling employee related issues up to and including serving discipline, handling customer requests, handling product recalls, inventory control, and maintaining a clean warehouse among other various duties throughout every shift.
