Working primarily in non-standard home insurance, Specialising in unoccupied properties, properties who have been subject to flooding, subsidence, previous claims history etc and second home/holiday home insurance. My role is to go into more detail with my clients about these non-standard elements of their policies and tailoring their home insurance with special terms or generally ensuring my clients fully understand the policy they are signing into i.e. Terms, excess's and claim processes etc.

Monitor staff performance provide training where necessary. General customer service and deal with complaints. Liaise with the management each month with up to date reports on stores performance. These reports are relevant to our seller rating statistics i.e. sales, transaction and eBay feedbacks etc.
