Apple is a world-renowned company that offers a wide range of variety of technological products. Given that many people are using Apple products, I must maintain customer satisfaction as a Phone Advisor. As a loadmaster for the U.S. Air Force, I was tasked to supervise freight operations loading. I maintained the balance on every airplane cargos that I handled to ensure the safety of flights and packages. More than being a Loadmaster, I also instructed new Loadmasters and provided top-tier support providing them real-time flight support.
