Qualified Instructor for live fire static & dynamic ranges, explosives, CQC, Combat Swimmer, Combatives, Fitness Program development, Maritime Operations, etc. Primarily responsible for the development of the SQT Strength and Conditioning Program, created specifically to bridge the gap between cardio based BUD/S training and the more strength based requirements of life in an operational SEAL Platoon. This system was tested and refined over 9 years and 1,200+ SQT students to eventually become the SSP (SEAL Strength Program).

Created, branded, sourced and marketed artistic kettle bells, to include multiple design patents and ergonomic improvements over traditional kettle bells. Experience in overseas sourcing and domestic manufacturing, including managing the product creation process from 2D pictures, to 3D models, working prototypes, production samples and finally, consumer ready volume runs.Valuable lessons learned managing production hiccups and finding creative solutions to problems, turning what would otherwise be catastrophic set backs into opportunities to increase revenue and improve the brand value.

Maintained and provided content for all social media pages associated with CF Forged.
