Joined in Harlingen Netherlands to assist in preparing the vessel for going back into service. General duties onboard, including painting and varnishing aswell as drills and training deck crew in running of deck and tenders.

Started in shipyard preparing yacht for charter, organizing deck duties and tenders plus training for new deck crew. Chartered worldwide, primarily Arctic and Antarctica as well as the Mediterranean. Learnt new fundamentals in logistics of supplies and moving passengers in inhospitable areas aswell as submarine and helicopter operations.

Started as dayworker to assist in yard period, mostly painting and tender repairs. Hired as Deckhand, general deck duties as well as bridge watches. Travelled from Holland to Barcelona Spain to prepare for owners trip.

Was brought in to oversee and assist in cleaning and painting of tanks through out vessel including water and ballast tanks. Also assisted crew in other yard works after tank works had been completed

Brought in as relief Bosun to carry on the duties whilst acting Bosun was away. 1month yard period where paint repairs and re-organising were undergone. Carried on as Bosun from Cartegena to Athens to begin charter season. Returned in August to do relief again for 10 day charter.

Employed by new owner to carry on as mate onboard to assist new captain and carry on with the mates duties. 4 month yard period where duties consisted of yard meetings and observing work being carried out for the upcoming summer charter period.
