As the Eastern Division Executive President, I oversaw HHS sales and operations in the Multi-State environment of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. During this stage of my career I developed skills in recruiting, hiring, team building and ultimately managing other Sr. Level Executives. While overseeing operations during this timeframe my Division had 100% retention while directly selling business to 36 new hospital clients.
