Created and Implemented an Organization Structure resulting in the successful on boarding of 150 new Hospital Clients during CEO tenure. Managed overhead effectively resulting in net profit gains of over 200% during CEO tenure. Oversaw development and implementation of HCAHPS strategies resulting in improvement of HHS company average of 10 basis points during CEO tenure.
