- Provide support to clients via unit's trouble ticket measures for onsite support.
- Provide multiple-system integration and interoperability associated devices installing updates and upgrades for base, maintaining systems to optimize the functionality and performance and ensuring the availability.
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and close problem tickets or duplicate tickets by conducting due diligence process with unresponsive customers to ensure closing and minimizes open tickets and backlog.
- Conduct performance analysis and breakeven cost analysis for in-warranty, extended warranty, and out of warranty businesses, identifying areas of improvement and implementing key tasks in a timely manner.
- Provide direct technical support to customer to provide solutions that involve functional specifications, documentation, and analysis of computer systems and analysis of computer system while maintaining knowledge of.
