Primary responsibilities:· Lead a regular strategic assessment of existing and potential sales channels and products.· Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives.· Increase sales by identifying new opportunities for growth, including new client identification and product positioning.· Introduce new products to distributors, purchasing and sales agents, brokers, toll processors, and distributors.· Support new product development, including product research, marketing, and pricing.· Promote an organizational culture and structure that fosters cooperation, communication, collaboration, teamwork, and trust.· Provide leadership, direction, and support for all sales staff and directly supervise sales staff.· Establish individual goals and objectives for each sales staff member and develop tools to measure achievement.· Develop and implement sales-team incentive program to award excellent performance.· Working with organizational management and outside resources, develop marketing collateral for the organization, including press releases, web content, copy, and other print and online materials.· Represent Infant Solutions at conferences, trade events, and to the media.· Maintain active relationships within the industry in order to leverage appropriate market influencers and provide guidance on company positioning.· Provide executive leadership to the organization, giving input on company direction and organizational strategy as appropriate.
