Through my work in these roles, I have gained expertise in technical operations and data management, process development and planning, contract development, and leadership and relationship management.One of my key accomplishments at Serious Labs was creating an innovative GHG emissions reduction modeling that secured $9 million in funding from Emissions Reduction Alberta, Alberta Transport, the Alberta Motor Transport Association, and Transport Canada. Additionally, I formulated a digital transformation strategy that informed an automated process flow, resulting in increased renewal rates and revenue growth.Over the past 10 years, I have traveled extensively to customer and partner offices in the UK, across Europe, Australia, and the U.S. to develop partner relationships, consult with customers, and train the resellers international workforce. I studied at the University of Alberta, where I completed my Bachelor of Commerce in 2004 and completed my MBA in 2014. My skill set professionally is vast but outside of the focus of what I can accomplish, my real strength is my appetite to solve problems and immerse myself into something that fills me with purpose.
