Action Behavior Centers is an ABA Therapy Provider for kids with Autism. The company is heavily focused on expansion and the Procurement team plays a key role in ensuring all new and open centers have the supplies necessary to function. I assist the New Centers Team in building out 5+ sites monthly. I coordinate bulk orders for all furniture and supplies for each site and am in constant communication with all key stakeholders in regards to LTL and supply delivery dates. I negotiate contracts and discounts with preferred vendors and pride myself on building positive working relationships with all vendors.

Challenger Teamwear is a sports apparel company that outfits teams all over the country with custom apparel and equipment for practices and games. I handled the purchasing and inventory management of all Under Armour and Adidas Products in Challenger Teamwear's warehouse. My main task at Challenger was coordinating inventory on hand to ensure that all orders could be fulfilled appropriately while also keeping the overall value of the warehouse inventory low. In order to do so, I used a bi-annual forecasting tool and scheduling spreadsheet that enabled me to keep everything organized and bulk order as needed.We utilized SAGE ERP for purchase order creation and inventory reconciliation.

I coordinated the setup a basketball court and event area for 150 youth basketball participants on a weekly basis. Responsible for 5 coaches and referees who supervised each game and created a positive environment for kids and parents.

Assisted the Director of Facilities and Events with signage, maintenance of the facility and production of all events and games of the Spring 2017 season at Rock Chalk Park which included track and field events, soccer and softball games.

As a student manager, I assisted the team with just about anything and everything. We set up the court for all games and practices and coordinated equipment distribution for both players and coaches. We coordinated all aspects of travel, including organizing the game equipment for travel, booking caterers and packing the bus accordingly.
