Instrumental in setting annual performance goals and coaching reports to achieve goals. Created and maintained quality system for integration of major business acquisition. Led cross-functional team to analyze quality and financial data to determine improvement projects for new flame retardant fabric business. Created project proposals for capital expenditures and improvement projects. Involved in all steps from scope and justification to installation and commissioning.

New Product Development Manager - Responsible for production of sample textile materials in the plant and for providing process knowledge for business development engineers and verification of new product requirements. Developed new SAP and production system procedures for all company weave plants during system implementation in July 2012. Weave Maintenance Manager - Incorporated a new team-focused maintenance program which provided support for the location. Managed 12 associates with varying maintenance and overhauling roles. Developed a new database to track maintenance and safety demerits.

Responsible for quality, efficiency, costs, and procedures of preparation and face finishing departments. Implemented successful Six Sigma project to correct face finishing process that had been causing significant downtime, quality problems, and increased supply costs. Provided process knowledge to aid in the upgrade of drives and controls of preparation equipment. Provided process and database knowledge in the development and testing of new company-wide SAP front-end for finishing plants.

Responsible for quality, efficiency, costs, and procedures of woven airbag product lines. Successfully increased production from 35% to capacity, while maintaining quality, on idle machines with new associates. Managed the successful startup of the Contract product line after machine relocation. This included creating processes and metrics for product line quality. Responsible for setup of new lab equipment and procedures to ensure Contract product line quality.
