Lead and main development contact for the Accenture Portal, which is the primary intranet portal and entry point for 200,000+ Accenture employees.• Administering the technical development and operations for the Accenture Portal, including the supervision of 2 onshore and 11 offshore developers and leads. The Accenture Portal site is accessed daily by over 40,000 employees worldwide.• Managing production incidents and emergency releases, including communicating risks and issues to the client and senior management. Directing monthly migrations of the Portal and Portal/Publishing Applications as well as developing future solutions to improve the long-term success of the applications. • Managing full life cycle of Intranet and application development. • Estimating available local and overseas resources to create viable solutions to meet key project milestones while managing projects with the least amount of outages to the Accenture Portal. Projects comprehend migration target dates, skill sets of local and overseas resources, and the availability/workload of each team member. • Partnering with offshore team members to integrate teams, making sure all members are knowledgeable about the entire release and have effective cross-site communication.

The Solution Management System (SMS) was comprised of four components, including the Budget Planning system (BPS) and IT Forecasting. The BPS was used to capture over $250M in budget requests for the office of the CIO.
