Provide internal and external customers with exceptional presales and after sales support. Responsibilities include finding replacement solutions for damaged, obsolete and outdated components used in but not limited to the plastics, food and dairy, web handling and medical industries throughout the world.

Install, program, troubleshoot, calibrate and support process controls including temperature, pressure, ac and dc drives (both standalone and systems) and web handling in plastics, paper, heat treating and food packaging industries.Train new service techniciansPerform onsite customer training

Assemble and wire industrial control panels in house and at customer sites using both Sure Controls and customer supplied drawings. Checkout machine I/O, document and fix discrepancies.
