As a technical leader and architect, updated the old system architecture in less than a year, greatly improving the performance and automation of the website, using the open source search solution to improve the user experience of the product and reduce the cost. Currently responsible for 3 technical teams:1 Operational team: LexisChina's daily feature development, Systems ‘s maintenance and optimization (websites, microservice gateways, search cluster, bigdata cluster), terminals (Pc, Mobile, Wechat, OpenApi, Sso). The entire team follows the Agile process and supports fast iterations.2 Search team: The company's products are aimed at legal users and have very high requirements for compliance and accuracy. The team is responsible for developing and improving search relevance and ranking. Use big data to analyze user behavior and provide search models through operations to meet the needs of thousands of companies and law firms. In one and a half years, the search relevance increased by more than 20%, exceeding the company's North American and UK R&D departments.3 Devops team: Build automated operation and maintenance system from 0, rebuild the cluster using Docker (Web, Solr, MySql, MicroServiceGateway), and reduce the deployment speed from weekly to daily.
