Ryan Yan is a Urology Resident Physician at The University of British Columbia. Colleagues describe him as "I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ryan at the Collective Open-Source Medical Innovations for COVID-19 (COSMIC - www.cosmicmedical.ca) organization. Ryan was an incredible team player and leader. He co-lead a team that developed a low-cost system for providing non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for COVID19 while also managing to mentor and support many other projects. His medical knowledge, technical know-how, administrative smarts and incredible work ethic have been an incredible asset to COSMIC. I hope I get to work with Ryan again in the future."
