- Drafting engagement letters for various scope of work;- Conduct risk management procedures on an engagement basis;- Represented the department at KPMG Malaysia’s annual career fair;- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and transfer pricing studies, which includes performing detailed economic analysis, comparability analysis and market analysis; and- Prepare local benchmarking analyses using Transactional Net Margin Method (“TNMM”) / Comparable Uncontrolled Price method (“CUP”) to review/determine the transfer prices for intercompany transactions (e.g. purchases and sales of tangible goods, provision of intra-group services, etc.).
