Hire, coach and motivate the team to achieve the goals of the unit including asset growth, asset retention, complex solutions, and client satisfaction. Redefine the service model and delivery to enhance in house production, increase digital footprint and improve the customer experience. Ensure Investment Advisor partners are provided a consistent servicing experience through direct engagement and evaluation. Employ continuous improvement efforts to relieve swivel chair operations. Partner with business development channel to acquire additional market share.
