After hearing that 90% of millionaires made their money in real estate i wanted to jump right on in, so when the opportunity came across to buy a 2 bedroom condo I seized it, and rented out the 2nd bedroom. After some headaches, a renter that refused to pay rent after several months living there, and a renter that broke the window, stole, and refused to pay rent, I had to learn quickly to overcome that stress of being a landlord. I am continuing on being a landlord. The extra income is great, and I thought if I could do more. In late 2019 I connected with another investor that has done over $1 billion in realestate, to see how I could do more, and build my portfolio. His name is Kris Krohn. After I partnered with Kris and his team they helped me buy my second house (first investment property.) A single family house in one of the best markets, and (this is the best part) they do all of the work! That means that Kris finds the deals, he manages the rehab, he finds the tenants, he works with the property managers, he sets up the LLC to protect me, he does everything that I don't want to. We started buying this property in November 2020 and I plan to buy 2-7 in the coming 2 years.
