Duties include: Developing helping relationships with Mid. and Sr. High students and their families; developing curriculum for and leading weekly meetings of Bible studies and spiritual formation groups; recruiting, equipping, and developing student and adult leaders to aid in areas of discipleship, worship, missions, outreach, and fellowship; planning and leading spiritual life retreats, mission trips, and community service projects; counseling students and families experiencing tension as they grow personally and spiritually.

Duties included: Providing spiritual care and counseling to persons in an interfaith context; providing pastoral care to individuals and families in crisis situations; providing end of life care for patients and families; providing emotional and spiritual support to hospital personnel; preparing and implementing weekly worship experiences; documenting interactions with patients, families, and staff; and attending regular peer-support sessions with other chaplains.
