Provide guidance to PANYNJ airport facility (LaGuardia, JFK and Stewart) tenants and their general contractors striving to meet the agency’s 30% MWBE & 3% SDVOB participation requirement on tenant funded construction/alteration projects.Review and provide approval decisions regarding MWBE & SDVOB plans submitted through the PANYNJ’s TCAP (Tenant Construction and Alteration Process) application.Monitor diverse utilization trends through the PANYNJ’s diversity management program (B2GNow)Coordinate in-person outreach events focused on building capacity within the local diverse business community and the development of aviation industry relationships. Provide instructions to tenant construction/alteration teams regarding use of B2GNow, the agency’s diverse payment reporting platform.Work alongside the PANYNJ TCAP Office team to continuously address the needs of MWBE & SDVOB plan review process stakeholders.

- Key role in designing New York State MWDBE Certification outreach process for local NY transportation agency targeting over 4,000 construction related small businesses. - Collaborated with MTI’s in-house systems team in the buildout of a custom client dashboard detailing regional MWDBE outreach KPIs for executive level review.

- Produced in-person and web-based supplier diversity programming for local MWBE, SDVOB and Section 3 vendors interested in participating on local commercial and affordable housing projects. - Implemented processes and maintained monthly, quarterly, annual diversity spend reports in accordance with client and local, state and federal agency established diversity goals.

- Communicated with internal departments, local government agency and community organization working groups to facilitate efficiency and clarity concerning NYC small business regulations.

- Developed scalable outreach recommendations for small business lending organizations in the communities of Downtown Jamaica, Queens, and South Bronx based on qualitative surveys of local storefront owners. - Collaborated with area Business Improvement Districts to produce small business lending workshops - Initiated relationships between local CBOs and community non-profit small business financial lenders
