As a Product Owner at BonApp, my role is to assist in the development and management of our product. BonApp is an innovative platform that connects users with the best restaurants worldwide.In this position, I am responsible for shaping the product vision and coordinating with developers, designers, and other stakeholders. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product evolves according to customer needs and current market trends.As a Product Owner, I analyze user requirements, conduct market research, and identify new features that enhance the user experience. I prioritize the product backlog, organize sprints, and ensure that product development goals are met in a timely manner.

In Bizzy Distribution Platform I was assigned with one of the teams of the whole platform, specifically in the Transport Management System team. as a product owner I Provide direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project, create requirements, plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product.

My responsibilities include build network lan, installing software, games ,manage billing system and maintain this business.

Troubleshooting Hardware and Software- installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.- monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.- talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.- troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.- replacing parts as required.- providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.- following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.- supporting the roll-out of new applications.- setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.- responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.- working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).- prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.- rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers.- testing and evaluating new technology.- conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
