I'm a problem solver. I love to understand how things work and find ways to fix the current issues or make the process more efficient. This experience is evident in my years of customer service, where I was a liaison to customers experiencing issues or problems with our company. It was satisfying to find solutions to those issues and use my communication skills to turn a terrible experience into a good one. It was also gratifying when you could use those experiences to find better ways we could be doing something and making those changes.A great example of my knack for problem-solving is my MBA Health Administration experience. During my time in the program, I found it difficult to find information regarding administration fellowships. There wasn't a centralized location at our program to get all the information I needed and wanted. So I decided to become the Fellowship Chair for our student organization. I helped create a one-stop shop for our fellow students to find any information they needed or wanted regarding upcoming fellowships. We also created opportunities for students to learn from alumni, where they could ask about their fellowship experience, the application process, interviews, where to apply, how to network, etc. I enjoyed this experience and am proud of the momentum we created. I hope to continue using the leadership, project management, organization, data gathering, sales, and data analysis skills I gained from this experience and my program to become a Project Manager, Business Operations Manager, or Customer Success Manager.
