Technical support specialist at the IT Help Desk. Responsible for direct interaction with LRH's customers and partners of new and existing solutions in out growing network of digital healthcare solutions. Works closely with systems engineering and IT leadership to help understand, isolate and resolve problems. Replicates customer reported problems in a test environment to develop solutions and escalate unresolvable problems to the appropriate systems engineering team for further investigation and resolution. Uses global operational perspective with detailed product knowledge and can reach out across the organization in support of the installed base
