Leadership of a delivery function at Praemium consisting of fees, billing and invoicing for our clients of across a portfolio of billions of dollars in funds under management.

Developing solutions to guide development of Praemium's solution platform by capturing and documenting user stories, behaviour driven development cases and acceptance criteria, I lead a development team of 11 developers, several manual and automated testers and UX/UI staff to build the best investment management software possible.

While the company ran successfully for 10 years, the company was primed for growth and required direction and strategy. Starting in 2017 after leaving Neustar I took over strategic direction of the business, including marketing, strategic relationship building with key influencers in our channel (hospitals, obstetricians, maternal child health nurses, allied service providers, etc.) and supplier management. Additionally, I undertook pricing restructure, workflow customisation and management of staff. During this time we have seen the business triple in revenue and double in profit even through the challenges of the pandemic and having to effectively shut the business for an extended period to customer service provision. During this time I oversaw a temporary pivot into commercial photography which allowed us to keep trading and proved successful. The business is now at a point where it doesn't require hands-on management as it's largely self-sufficient and I was happy to move into new challenges.

Developing and nurturing relationships with client stakeholders to gather information,understand individual stakeholder and overall business requirements, develop project initiation artefacts and manage ongoing expectations through the delivery phase and into ongoing BAU. As part of the development team, key tasks include implementing stakeholder requirements through development artefacts to lead an effective development process in an Agile environment while working to client and internal business timelines and budgets.Additionally undertaking manual unit, integration and regression testing both during and after release cycles prior to UAT. Subsequently working with the client to manage the UAT process and facilitate any required changes through the development team prior to release. Leading the team through daily, weekly and project beginning/ending Agile rituals. Engagement with external UI/UX providers and subsequent management of required changes to project through development, and subsequent testing and finally UAT process prior to client acceptance.

Primarily focusing on business analysis and provision of consultancy services to international government clients and US Fortune-100 and large Australian ASX listed organisations. This role was a nexus of business requirements elucidation, senior stakeholder engagement (typically C-Suite), technical delivery facilitation and documentation, coupled with sales responsibility for ongoing consultation revenue, Delivering gTLD strategy development for large multi-national clients and international government agencies as applicants/registry operators as part of ICANN's new gTLD program. Working with some of the largest global brands and peak international agencies on their application and subsequent rollout for the ICANN new gTLD program.

Documentation management comprising two distinct areas. Bid preparation and documentation - Liaising between C-Suite, technical teams and business development to manage the bid process and develop strategy and supporting documentation for identified targets for business development. Technical documentation and business analysis- Close alignment with the technical team to develop both low-level technical user and internal team documentation including sprint and iteration plans, user stories, end user documentation, feature level confluence documentation and web site copy. Additional liaising with marketing to ensure all outgoing marketing activity was technically correct.
