Marketing Manager
Current• Responsible for B2B market engagement activity generating new business leads and opportunities as well as creating and maintaining the annual marketing plan and budget• Creating and executing compelling commercial engagements and experiences for corporate clients and intermediary partners to generate more growth opportunities.• Managing the Marketing Executive, including training, project oversight and strategy and task delegation.• Responsible for robust management of all agreed market engagement opportunities, including working collaboratively with key stakeholders from around the business to ensure growth opportunities are generated.• Managing lead generation through marketing tools and systems, working closely with the Marketing Team, monitoring response and working to budget to ensure highest ROI• Ensuring the timely delivery of work including the writing of bespoke content to meet clients’ needs, working with experts across the business to ensure the latest insight and innovations from Bupa are brought to life.• Developing an events & engagement strategy that promotes and champions all business lines and products in the portfolio – work with external agencies to submit award-winning entries for leading industry awards• Oversee brand and quality standards comprising venues, logistics, external agency selection & management, event promotion, recognition and reporting and engage key stakeholders.• Contributing to social media platforms to raise Bupa’s profile in the corporate wellbeing space.
